MA Design | Class of 2020

This MA project explores how photography is used within today’s digital world. The practical outcome of this Design MA is a series of ‘zines’ which incorporate a mixture of graphic design and photography. The self-published zines set out to capture different aspects of life. One zine focuses on capturing life as a community during Covid-19, whereas others focus on less pressing subjects such as the appreciation of architecture, or documenting the sky for the first fifty days of lockdown. The collection sets out to celebrate the use of photography, creativity, and the importance of recording society for the benefit of future generations.

I have previously graduated in Illustration and Design. My portfolio and creative process resides mainly in editorial design, printmaking, photography and homeware design.
